Speaker Bio:
Ron Tanner is the Portfolio Director for FamilySearch.org in the Family History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint. He leads a team with responsibilities for Family Tree, Search, Hinting, Memories, Mobile, Temple, Homepage, and other companion products. Ron has been at FamilySearch for 12 years and presents a Faebook live presentation twice a month to answer FamilySearch questions. You can attend on his Facebook page Family History Ron or review previous events on his familyhistoryron youtube channel. Ron has a Master?s Degree in Computer Science from BYU and has previously worked as a product manager and software engineer at Novell, Citrix, and Bell Laboratories. Ron and his wife, CheRee, have four children, 2 sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and six grandchildren (5 boys 1 girl)!! This is your chance to learn what?s going on and get your questions answered. Ron is always an entertaining lecturer and knows what?s happening.
