Talk Abstract:
This presentation explains how to get the most out of family history records–censuses, newspapers, research guides, military records, land records, church records, probate records, vital records, and court records.

Speaker Bio:
Sandra Brimhall has a B.S. in Mass Communication from the University of Utah. She was a co-author of Brigham Young’s Homes and she has published many times in the Utah Historical Quarterly. She has received two awards from the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies for her articles. Wendy Brimhall has a B.A. in Family History from Brigham Young University. She did a family history internship at the Filson Historical Society in Louisville, Kentucky. She is employed as an associate genealogist with ProGenealogists.
